You have the right to return products that you consider “NOT ACCEPTABLE” within 15 days from the date you received them. These products must have been purchased, EXCLUSIVELY, from the simpleusebeauty.com EShop. We are not responsible for products that you purchased from another source, even if they bear Simple Use Beauty logo.

What products are considered “NOT ACCEPTABLE “

  • Products whose packaging has been damaged, obviously due to carelessness during transport.
  • Products that do not match those of your order.

To return it, a product must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging and appeared to be unused and not opened. You must also send together a copy of the purchase receipt/invoice. 2-3 photos of the condition of the “NOT ACCEPTABLE” product when you received, will help your case.

Returns will only be accepted after the company’s approval, once the returned products have been checked.

The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and is under no obligation to replace them.

Return of Wax Heaters

Simple Use Beauty Wax heaters come with a warranty of one year that covers defects caused during manufacturing, or malfunctions caused by dysfunctional parts. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

The procedure to return a wax heater is exactly the same with all other products.

Return Shipping Costs

If the returned product is proved to be defective or damaged on our responsibility, then we will cover the shipping cost of the return, by sending you back product(s) with value equal to the return shipping cost, same or similar to the product that you returned, in addition to the returning quantity replacing the “NOT ACCEPTABLE” product.

Refund

NO refunds will be given. The company is obliged to replace “NOT ACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS” with the same or similar products of the same category and EXACTLY the same value.
